Featured Project: NUS Advisory on Convid-19 Precautionary Measures

By Rachel Won / 30 Mar 2020 / Tags: Featured Projects

NUS Advisory board has put in place a set of precautionary measures to keep their students and staff safe and healthy and to better mitigate the potential risks as they safeguard our community against the coronavirus, COVID-19.

I am thankful to have an opportunity to work with my trusted printing partner, Goh Bros e-Print together with their client last month, February.

As it was a critical period to print and share the communication fast, we worked very closely with NUS emergency department.

The poster and pull up banner visuals are done and approved in a day, the next day we sent the design for colour proof.

Once the client has approved the color proof, Goh Bros e-Print sent for production and their vendors also worked swiftly as well.

Within 2 days, they managed to print 40 pull up banners and sent to the campus.

Next 3 days, 60 pieces of banners and 100 A3 size posters were properly set up around the campus.
The ePoster can be seen at emergency.nus.edu.sg.

All these work can’t be achieved without detailed coordination, teamwork and experience.
